Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. jar Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce I prefer Patak’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 1 24 oz. jar tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 13.5 oz. can coconut milk
  • 2 12.5 oz. cans chicken breast drained

Instructions
 

  • Spray the slow-cooker crock with cooking spray.
  • Next, dump each jar and can into the crockpot. Stir well.
  • Set the heat to high and cook for 3 hours, or cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. Add a side of steamed or broiled veggies, such as broccoli or zucchini for a complete meal.

Notes

You can replace the canned chicken with cooked, shredded chicken breasts or thighs if desired. If you use canned chicken, save the broth and add it to the liquid that you cook the rice in for extra flavor.
